Not entirely. There is one step down from the street through the front door into the shared corridor — a single step, and so one step up on the way back out. A second door, both easy to open, leads into the studio. There are also steps to the toilet, so the premises are not fully accessible throughout. Michelle cannot lift or help transfer anyone into the styling chair, but she can move the chair aside and cut your hair with you in your own wheelchair.
